2. Subscription Services

2.1 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been made.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of your paid period

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • A full refund is available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
  • You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will not renew
  • Access to services continues until the end of the annual period

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time service purchases or custom projects:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are subject to review and approval based on service delivery status
  • Customized or completed work may not be eligible for refund
  • Partial refunds may be offered based on work completed

4. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues on our end prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
  • You request a refund within the applicable refund period

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You simply changed your mind after the refund period
  • You violated our Terms and Conditions
  • Issues arose from your own systems or third-party services
  • You failed to use the service during the subscription period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order/transaction ID
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-7 additional business days)
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

7. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to "Subscription" or "Billing" settings
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

8. Service Termination by Company

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided. If we discontinue a service entirely, we will provide prorated refunds for any unused prepaid periods.

9. Taxes

Refunds will include the proportionate amount of GST or other applicable taxes that were charged on the original transaction.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
